Sustainable Fuels Initiative

Collaborative Pathways with NOCs Towards 2050 Net-Zero Goals
Introduction
1. DM-XTech's Current Fuel Production

DM-XTech produces premium fuel products using a small-footprint production platform for volumes less than 10,000 barrels per day. For larger volumes required by major customers, DM-XTech enters into a Product Supply Agreement (PSA) and subsequently engages in a Toll Manufacturing Arrangement with an oil refinery. This refinery is equipped with unit processing facilities akin to a petrochemical complex, enabling the production of advanced versions of traditional refinery products

2. Role of BioPetro Innovations Hub

The BioPetro Innovations Hub, to be developed in the future, will expand DM-XTech's capacity to produce ultra-clean, carbon-neutral transportation fuels. It will use decarbonized light crude oil (DLCO) as its primary feedstock.

DM-XTech’s 2050 Net-Zero Carbon Emissions Initiative
1. Decarbonization Demonstration Project

DM-XTech is initiating a Demonstration Project for the Decarbonization of Heavy Crude Oil. This project is a collaborative effort with NOCs committed to genuine Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. The demonstration will focus on converting heavy sour crude into DLCO.

2. NOC Participation and Equity

NOCs participating in the demonstration project will supply heavy crude oil. The value of this supply will be credited towards their equity in a consortium planned for establishing a Dedicated Crude Oil Decarbonization Refinery (DCODR).

Development of Dedicated Crude Oil Decarbonization Refinery
1. Objectives and Impact

The DCODR will specialize in producing DLCO, setting a new benchmark for premium low-sulfur light crude oil. This initiative will enable oil-producing countries with heavy sour crude reserves to upgrade their resources into higher-value products.

2. Benefits to Oil-producing Countries

The construction of the DCODR will allow these countries to sell their crude oil at a premium, aligning with the needs of modern energy markets and contributing to global decarbonization efforts.

DM-XTech invites NOCs and government decision-makers to engage in this strategic initiative. Our approach, starting with the current production of premium fuels and leading to the future development of the DCODR and BioPetro Innovations Hub, offers a sustainable and profitable pathway towards the 2050 net-zero carbon emissions goal.
Future Development: BioPetro Innovations Hub
Conclusion
1. Purpose and Vision

Following the DCODR, the BioPetro Innovations Hub will be constructed. This facility will focus on producing ultra-clean, carbon-neutral transportation fuels, utilizing the DLCO produced by the DCODR.

2. Contribution to Sustainable Fuel Production

The BioPetro Innovations Hub represents a significant step in DM-XTech’s commitment to sustainable fuel production, offering environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional fuels.
